When was this project born?
abacusTel Communications was created in 2007 on the basis of the professional experience of its founders, with over 15 years in the telecommunications sector, serving residents and enterprises in the United States, Canada and Spain. Emerging a new communication way, service or provider almost every week, and aware of their great benefits and risks, we saw a clear opportunity to serve small and medium businesses in our prime region.
Is abacusTel a cabling company, telephone installers group or computer specialists team?
We do not give away or sell high-tech plug-and-play boxes and design galactic links. We understand our Customers' business process firstly, recommend to them what is better for them and provide full service until see benefits and marked goals in their companies. This include all class of telecommunication technologies: telephony, networking, voice mail, wireless, computers, servers, video, security, surveillance; from a simple no-connecting computer or phone with a damaged jack, until linking of several premises using uniform numbering plan with SIP trunks and multiple SSIDs.
Are we local or a all-remote specialists company?
In abacusTel we understand that small and medium companies need a highly reliable and confident service, and at the same time, this service has to be as immediate as large companies with many resources devoted to this area have. That is why we are LOCAL in South Florida and visit our Customers premises, for little less-important changes and "weird" performances, or all-new configurations and major troubleshooting.
